Well everyone here we are on day 30 of the challenge with 60 more to go.So lets take a look at how things are going. One month in!!! Going through my statistics, I have can see that I have halved the times I've masturbate from in average twice a week to once a week thanks to the challenge!!! I have reached my best result in six months with that. For some reason the times I've gone to a psub of any kind has increased this months compared to the last few months, so that's something I have to think about. Thanks everyone for this month, let the two next be even more successful!
Glad to hear that my friend! Personally this was not my best month by any means however I estimate that I had close to 50 relapses last month(I lost count)so this month was an improvement over that.I am looking forward to brawling with the next one!

DW, I'm sorry, brother, I relapsed. 2 strikes from me. I didn't binge too much as I would, ansdthat is improvement, but I'm still down on my knees. It won't happen again.
Checking in. I just survived a whole night of being triggered. There's a girl I'll never meet that's occupying my thoughts in a detrimental way and I was being barraged by thoughts of porn. Didn't fall asleep until around 4:00 AM, but I'm still kicking. I hate surges. -.-
My friend...my brother you made it the first 30 days of this challenge....30 DAYS!!!!!! and I don't remember how long before the challenge started.This is simply incredible and I am blessed to have such an awesome teammate in you.Don't worry about it,just get back up and continue to HOLD THE LINE.

It looks like your now getting teamed with @DeservedCriticism .I must say I think you 2 might just be the strongest team in the challenge at the moment.
