  1. These are great tips! I am working on similar patterns. I have set a schedule which contains intervals of studying, jogging, reading, coding, graphic design, and developing writing through Journaling. Each has its own time and they are flexible in fact. These are great ideas but two things put them down tbh:
    • Procrastination and No-Mood to do a sort of it. This usually happens due to depression, anxiety and relapsing.
    • Usually after uni I am so exhausted and can't do much.
I think motivation can help in this! I should review this point.

Maybe after setting blockers that won't be unlocked by anyway, i will get progress with nofap, especially if i can avoid depression and anxiety moments.

  10. I've forgot to mention that I relapsed last night. It didn't affected me that much, that's why I almost forgot about it.

  11. Sorry to add to the bad mood, but have to report yet another relapse from me, this time during the day, no excuses. My mind is focusing way too much on masturbation and porn. Either thinking about how I should avoid it or how I should fall for it. It's really exhausting. I will try to focus more on other things and keep my self busy so I might be less active here for some time.

That's a weird way to thing about it, but I really like it. I'll try this! xD

No, usually I sleep almost directly when I go to bed and don't wake up until the morning. I'm not used to this at all. But you're right, if I continue like this I might make body to expect MO.

I've had difficulties falling asleep in the evening and wake up at night and can't fall asleep again. I've been sick for some time now, but am getting better. So I've been coughing a lot and have had difficulties falling asleep for that reason. Also, I'm feeling really stressed about things coming up and have had difficulties calming down my mind. And then my mind starts drifting towards unchaste thoughts which give me urges and further keeps me up. And then I focus super hard on not thinking those thoughts but by doing that I make it even worse.

  12. I'm happy you are doing great! Lots of solid advice!

Let's turn this around everyone, we can do better than this!

  13. No worries @Akermark! I think you're right about focusing on other things and keeping busy. Sometimes even being on the forums too much can be bad, because you're still thinking about PMO a lot, even if it's in a negative way. So try to find something to be excited about and spend your time on.

I'm glad to hear you're getting better, and I pray you continue to get well soon so you can have more energy to meet your goals! Being sick is definitely a trigger for a lot of people, because PMO can be very self-medicating. But you'll get through it. Hang in there. <3

  15. Checking in, just survived a second night of triggers. Although, surprisingly enough for me, I wasn't as badly triggered as I thought I'd be.

    Fight well, everyone!
