    Hey! You're gonna be fine. Have you ever tried meditating during NoFap? Just 5 minutes per day has helped me tremendously to come back to the present moment. When you're present, it is impossible for your mind to feed this bad habit, because you're replacing it with a good habit. I hope this helps.

    So grateful to be a part of this challenge and fantastic group.
    After (only) 1 week, the results of no porn and more workouts are already tangible and visible. I feel better and more confident, I look more muscular and have more facial hair, in public strangers seek my attention for a chat ... not to mention the intimacy between my girlfriend and me... it 's on a whole other level
    Some days were really tough this week... but the support in this group is dragging me through.
    Really proud of myself!

    I am sorry to hear that bro.
    Dou you keep your other habbits?
    That can be very helpfull, because your self-discipline does not diminish completely.
    Heavy workouts and pranayama can help you to gain back the power.
    Currently it's a hard time, but you will make it again!!!

    I do it daily too. You develope a habit, that makes it easier to keep it and your body can get used to it, which enables the real effects of meditation.

    Thanks for the words of encouragement
    I've been slacking a lot on daily routines, not been working out much, or meditating, and i have stopped cold baths.

    That's something to aim towards, getting back into a solid daily routine, and a positive feedback loop.

    Well, today is my first day wearing the penis cage. I'm too tempted to relapse, I've been lucky enough to be able to control putting on the chastity. My mother has the keys, I told her to give it to me in 2 months and to remember where she keeps it. So... with chastity I am. So I do not relapse, what I have done is a reinforcement nothing more.

    I'm having a bad week honestly, but I'm still on my feet. I haven't started meditations yet, I'm trying to avoid all the flashbacks, thank goodness I have restricted adult content on my computer and cell phone.

    Yesterday I earned my first profit with cryptocurrencies, in bitcoins after an initial investment of 200 dollars and I am happy. I earned 63 dollars in four days, so I am happy. It's all real and clean.

    Yes you can! If you see that the challenge starts to be difficult, your last option before relapsing is to go the hard way: penis cage.

    Day 6 checking in. Have 100% forgot about NoFap for the past few days to be honest. Was home with family for the weekend.

    My benefits and urges are just confusing, I started with a 12 days streak, with a 2 day binge. Then a 17 day streak with a 1 day binge and now I'm on 6 days again.

    But my urges and benefit seem so different now, everything feels strange. Whatever, let's just keep it going. I think maybe it's different, cause I'm just off some other " decent " streaks.

    In the end I removed the cage, it's a trigger for me. I almost relapsed, phew. I want to forget this bad week, today day 1 of daily meditation.
