Just now it was 7.pm here I was getting urges though I was listening to spiritual songs Still I was not able to counter those urges. Then fortunately,My mom sent me outside to bring some groceries And this worked magically i.e. You can go for walk to fight against urges This is very good option for you guys. Try it
