    Hi , am 25 year old under confident man , I really don't know what is going with me , I never be confident through out my life , I decided that I have to change my life , so friends help me to get out of this hell ,
    Back in 2014 I started exploring porn like every teenage boy , 1st it was 1 time a week to it turned 12 to 13 times a day till now , and day by day I searching new jonour of porn , and I addicted to it started watching sissy hypno , and thought that am not straight ,but as soon as the urge is end I start regrating what I did , from today I promise everyone I will never watch porn again and start NoFap.i promised god that I will be completely normal and stay fit and practiceing nofap for 365 day from today everyone help to out of this phase of my life it's like a hell experience ,

I’ve been on this journey since the beginning of this year, and after lots of ups and downs I’ve finally made it too today, after another bad relapse but all the knowledge I need to defeat this thing. Make sure to learn from all your mistakes and keep pushing forward, let’s do this friend.
