Unbearable pain

Hi guys it's been 2 days for me from my last relapse , I just committed my self that from now I won't watch porn due to following reasons

1.it causes brain fog
2. The body pain is killing me how do I recover from it ?
3. It's a total distraction to my studies
4. For a life worth living

For all those fellas who are about to relapse my only say is that it isn't worth u shall feel miserable after it
