Abdominal pain will come and go. I had that on and off in first 6 months. Try to ignore it, its not that much in my opinion. Stop going to the doctor. A doctor won't find anything wrong with you since you are physically okay. I wasted my company's $$$ for no reason in so many tests etc and all of them came back perfect. I am on day 300 and still going through withdrawals. It's at least 12-18 months detox process which you have to undergo without losing your mind. It's not easy. It's not easy. But I feel its worth it. The fact that we have such withdrawals for so long is a huge proof in itself as to how much necessary it is for us to heal ourselves and find our true potential during the process.

Thanks a lot for your valuable feedback. My current targets are all multiple of 90.... 90,180,270,360 and so on.

I will try to reach the maximum multiple currently on 48 days and 180 seems achievable to me as far now.

Now its time to move to our goals in our life. Currently I promise myself to limit myself to visit nofap no more frequent than a week i.e. visiting Nofap only with a gap of more than 7 days or so.

Thanks to all great people here who guided me to this journey, currently I am doing fairly well and if in future I need your help or get a chance to help you I will definitely be in touch.

I also suggest everyone to only see this forum as a way to improve yourselves don't get addicted to this.

You didn't come this far to only come this far.

    Regards,
