Whats the best way to recover from a relapse after a long streak?

I'm still recovering from a relapse after a long streak(almost 90 days) do you guys have any advice? Or should I just stick with proper rest and dieting. It's really discouraging. I thought I had a firm grasp on my addiction but I've been slipping. Please help I don't know what to do. I've been going back to the basics. Going day by day instead of long term. it's been helping but last few days have been real bad.
 
By getting to almost 90 days you did bloody well , so first acknowledge that. You haven't lost your progress , you're not back at the beginning at all. Just a small blip in the road . Just keep on going . My advice is don't focus too much on the days , or think of it as in the last 98 days or whatever you've had only 1 or a few days of PMO, think of the bigger picture. You're nailing it and you will get there :)
