Hey everyone, I finally am at a place where I am ready to accept I have PMO addiction and this is ruining my life. This is my first step in getting rid of it. So far so good. Thank you for creating this website.

Hey D.J.! Thanks for the welcome. As of my strategies i dont have a properly formatted plan or something yet. But steps taken would be to join this site, started exercise, got rid of a few distractions that would drag me down. If u have additional advice then I am all ears. Again thanks for the support.
