Day 19/21 I'm just nearby to complete this challenge. Still, I want to be PMO free for at least 120 Days. I'm feeling energized nowdays. The advantages of NOFAP. Self confidence is increased. My speaking is improved. Semen Retention helping to increase creativity. Perspective changes towards women. Enjoying every moments, and learning from mistakes.
Yeah, it's vary exciting, but I'm starting to realize that 90 days doesn't mean much in terms of full on recovery. Rebooting is more about just breaking the cycle, at least to some degree, but not necessarily completely. I mention this because there's countless people who relapse past day 100, past day 200, and so on, and I'm aiming to not fall into that trap. I honestly don't think 90 days is enough for anyone to recover, but that's just my subjective opinion. :\
Day 2 - No PMO I want to get over this addiction. I am doing my best to focus on the important things of life.
Day 12 completed. I am not happy because i had a wet dream and i really don't know why, i didnt have any sexual thoughts during daytime and i had another one like one week ago.
Well, I just threw my streak away today. Back down to Day 1/21, social media is a bitch of a slippery slope sometimes.
I'm on day 27 already and just found this challenge. Lemme consider this is my 1st day of doing this challenge
Day 4/21 My update: yesterday was a very busy day, was at school in the morning, in the afternoons home studing, at night I went to pick up friends from the bus station.
