0 Ok guys, long time ago that you heard something from me. Today I relapsed and 4 or 3 days too. Now I set the counter back and hope I can do it. My score was 45 days, and I want the 90. Hope you guys make it better.
Day 16-17 successful Yesterday forget to update status as was out with friends, didn't stay at home to start watching any digital kind of stuff, i have found that late night digital stuff can potentially affect this journey of freedom so try to limit that and be more social and talk to friends about this journey they surely will support

20 days In order to overcome this addiction,I believe we have to really shake up our brains to realize how selfish and childish it is being regarding porn. How I propose this is to reflect on the sacrifice that so many people made in the world wars when fighting for their countries and giving up their lives to safeguard the future of generations after them. Many men and women helped fight for us. I think having these reflections will help propel us all into helping others more and shake us up to rid ourselves of the damage we are doing to ourselves and to others.
