He was decent in The Last Samurai, but no more than that - he was acted off the screen by Ken Watanabe, whose first language isn't even english
He's good within his limitations - Mission Impossible for example. He's a movie star through and through, but thats not necessarily the same as being a great actor.
I thought he was pretty good in Spy playing a sort of caricature of his other characters. He's good at his extremely specialised field of acting (five facial expressions and four vocal expressions - no I just picked those numbers out of the air).
I guess it's subjective, but movies were discussed much more in the past, which is something I like discussing
Agreed ^. There was more a bigger community than focusing solely on PMO. Now a bunch of people just “like” threads like in... the rest of the social medias :\. Anywho, Fast and Furious: Hobbs and Shaw - was really good. The banter between Statham and The Rock was great and consistent throughout.
Has anyone seen the movie - Wag the dog(1997) This movie showed me the reality of mass media and politics I won't say that after seeing this movie I started doubting every news but in fact there was no chance of doubting, I knew that most of them was fake and planned for a propaganda.
I have another unpopular opinion: I like terrible YouTube movies such as Airplane Mode, I find them funny.
watching movies is a complete waste of time, the only time I do it is when I'm on a plane and there's literally nothing else to do
