    Skipped a day but did 2 sets of 10 push ups today. I'm aiming to complete 150 push ups before the year ends.

    Of 10 minutes on each level with the cool down bring just level 1.

    My brother got me this for Christmas;

    https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/0316775576/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_fabc_fj85Fb41T6TTE

    & will be going through it to learn more about heavy hands.

    Did the first one today and it was quite the challenge & burnt 699 calories in a little over an hour according to my fitbit.

    So will keep this up as I plan to add this to after my W.A.T.C.H protocol.

    Feeling a bit weaker today so did 10 push ups. I set 150 push ups to challenge myself a little.

    Howdy I'm back again!
    I did on the second christmas-day last week
    3x10 regular pushups,
    3x12 diamond pushups,
    1x10 one-arm-pushups on 1/3 (5 per arm)
    2x10 spiderman pushups

    I did less than usuall because of my hurting foot, but when I did the exercises it was just fine! But I don't want to fall back, that's why I don't exaggerate.

  19. Started doing bench presses. Who the hell knew 50kg was so heavy?!

  20. Well it is pretty heavy if you don't lift it or most consistently.
