[90-CHALLENGE] THE NINETY DAYS CHALLENGE !

Day 1/90

Spent the day focusing on my work and cleaning the house. Was very productive

 

Day 2 done!

 

0/90 fail again, though I'm new to nofap, I've been trying hard for years to rid this out, hope to succeed this time

 

I relapsed im starting again from today 0 /90

 

Day 18

Day 7 nailed.

I was very very careful because apart from being second red zone it has been a weekend when most of my relapses happen.

Just to elaborate

3 days - first red zone
6-7 days -second red zone
14-15 days - third red zone
21-28 days the fourth and the last red zone.

This is totally based on my relapse experience. Especially day 21 to 28.

So I more focused on this days and weekends.

 

Day 5

 

You're right: weekends with nothing going on are particularly dangerous. That's my experience, so I'm very happy to have survived this weekend.

 

79 days done…need to stay vigilant and determined, but not obsessive and afraid. I’m gonna redirect my thoughts when porn and sex comes up, do something positive, get one more day

I had a lot fun with friends the whole day yestarday and some alcohol in the evening ... My GF is away and at the same time my libido (which was quite low since beginning of last streak) shot up really high.
Alcohol + very high libido + hangover + lower self control in the morning = looked at some sexy pics and touched it a little, no O but still ... so resetting today.

I will be much more mindful of the feelings and let them pass next time
