Day 3/90. Aside from a few stressors: work and actually more work on my thesis, things seem to be going pretty well right now. Need to remember that I can’t let my life events dictate my success against PMO.
Back from 71 to 0.. This relapse was kinda scary. I had some pretty fucked up wet dreams and it felt like a gradual buildup of urges over the last couple of days to weeks. Any advice?
40/90 This time I'll make it to the 90 Sometimes I reach 30 days but only very rarly I reach 40 days. Maybe this is the forth time in my 8-year-NoFap career. @PierreBezukhov amazing streak, man. You better give me some advice All I can say is start again right away; don't go though long phases of accepting your addiction
