Doing well so far.

Keep yourself busy and away from locations where you could PMO. Try to actively fight and not just sit and wait for the urge to go away. That will just cause it to build up and become unbearable.

 

I’m not sure if you religious, but something I try to do if I see a woman, instead of lusting over her, I thank God for her beauty, pray for her a little bit and then pay no more attention to it. It diffuses the urge because it invites God into the situation and it will slowly help change your mindset.

How are you getting on?
I'm going 4 days strong, however i feel the urges coming strong and feel like falling. but i dont want to start off the rankings with a loss and at the bottom!

 

There are currently 6 active duels that i have added to my spreadsheet tracker. Is that Correct?
