I get these too but in my wrist, I have to angle it more and in my elbow I have to do a full extension so my elbow cracks like I do with my fingers. form matters more than quantity of the movement.
S - 1001 / 10000 P - 1350 / 10000 relapsed today, didn't feel guilty at all but I'm gonna try and do more than usual today

Went on vacation for 7 days and only added 10 pushups and 10 squats in all that time. I was a real sloth but I am back to the challenge. Pushups-302/1000 Squats-295/1000
For my legday I did: 4x10 squats with 15 kg dumbbells 3x10 regular squats 3x30 secs squat hold (more exercises in my journal) 454 / 1000 pushups 170 / 1000 squats
