Day 41 - no struggles today keeping my mind busy and away from the temptations of porn. Work first and then visiting family for dinner. Stay strong guys
22/90- Survived the urges yesterday by a whisker. They were so strong. I was just about to type the name of my former fav porn stars on a search but a strong voice in my head said at what cost. I asked myself what I was going to gain if I started watching porn and the answer was absolutely nothing. I then thought about my girlfriend. And that was that. I switched off my laptop and went straight to bed. I am happy that I am still completely free of pmo upto this point but the urges are insane. Day 2, Sadly, relapsed again. Not much to say... will this be my last relapse? I don't know. But I'll try to not relapse again. This is the least I can do. Let's go
Day 7 (9): Well, I made it through the week, this is some good news. During this day I have come to this kind of conclusion, that internet is boring place. Yeah, it is helpful, the life without it could be difficult, no doubt, however... Never mimd. What about the P? I have concluded for myself that it is boring plus disgusting. At least for me. Plus, I have several questions that won't find the answer about P. Yet, I hope that I won't get into the trap of these images again.
Day 43 - the urges to watch P are always there when I'm bored or stressed especially after a hard day at work. Had a cold shower when I arrived home, seemed to help the urges somewhat. Goner head out for some groceries soon then play some pS5 later. Stay strong fellas. Have a blessed day
Day 21/90 Three weeks completed; this might be my longest streak in 2022, or at least in a long while. One exam down, two more to go. Tomorrow or Friday I want to do my second run of the month, depending on the weather.
23/90- Urges have started waning today which is great for me. I am glad I didn't relapse during the height of the very strong urges.
