Must suck man, sorry to hear that, but you have to keep going. I mean we know nofap is healthy and doesn't cause any damage, in fact nofap heals us from damage that PMO causes, so therefore the only thing it could be is flatline or PAWS, which means your body is going through a healing process. So just let it run out it's course, which is the most sensible thing to do. If you are experiencing this so deep into your streak that probably means that you are getting that deep healing, so if you mess up now you might need to do another 3 or 4 months until you can get back to this place, while if you stick to it it might be over in few weeks and you might not need to go through it again. Not a doctor, but that's just what makes logical sense to me. Keep going!
