1 week badge achieved. The journey is not smooth. Upto now saw many obstacles on the path but keep moving and surviving each and every day.

Yesterday was day 87/90

Today is 88/90 just gotta treat it like a job and make it to the weekend at this point.

 

Today is Day 0.. yesterday night i relapsed my past 64 days streak which is my latest highest streak. Now i want to enter into the 90days challenge and completely quit porn mainly.

Day 3 - feeling good today, happy with how my life is moving. Trying to be being grounded and aware about the forces driving lust and stay mindful on what I actually want. I realized yesterday that I’d been gaslighting myself into thinking that while PMO is bad, pursuing sex is okay. I don’t think sex is inherently bad at all, but I want meaning/connection in my life and that needs to be the focus, otherwise I lie to myself and walk the path of lust in pursuing hookups or casual sex, which isn’t any better than PMO in regards to what I’m looking for. Going to keep going!
