Day 91-passing milestone and continuing forward ,I feel stronger ,more confident,more calm and collected.This year is and will be different.

Day 84 - doing well and handling things better, trying now to figure proper workouts and stick to them , its another habit I need to work on

Day 78 -Its becoming more normal and more days are better and I flow.I kinda forget what day is until I look at this page lol.

Day 76 - going through hard times but as for nofap is great , urges don't get in a way much .Keeping focus on doing things and improving.

Day 72 - Happy New Year.Let it be year without pmo .All the best everyone!!

Day 71- Last day of the year , still have some procrastination due to holiday season but overall more productive , optimistic ,happy.

Day 66 - ha , order 66 do not masturbate . Not now or later , coming clean and sober into 2020 . Happy New Year all!!

Day 60 - feeling great and more determined .I had some urges and bad headaches recently but overcome them . I have no reason to stop.

Day 57-survived strong urges recently ,also getting aroused by real women,but at the moment I keep my distance , I have plenty things to do.

Day 54.Feels good but not letting guard down.It does feel better then previous times (did 90 day few times).Guys you can do it,don't give up

Day 51 - Last few days super headaches , part of the journey hopefully they won't appear too often . Looking forward to new days.

Day 47 - Read great book by Jack Donovan-The Way of Men.Book that every guy should read.Otherwise I'm back from 15 miles walk,gym,day done

Day 42 -Busy but no direction yet, just going through usual day working. Focused on fixing mistakes and making better habits but still lazy

Day 39 - I may not do much but things are coming in slowly and i don't mind .I notice I deal better with urges as I focus and good habits .

Day 37 - After work had urges , then boredom almost made me moody so simple tasks helped and later talked with friend. exercise and sleep

35 - smooth day , sleeping less cause of work but helps in the journey as well. Just eat and sleep but happy .

Day 34 -I'm growing stronger but still see myslef as addicted .Will continue no matter what to finally get rid of this .Stay strong guys!!

Day 31 - Long time since hit this many days ,moods changing from low to high and different thoughts going in my head.Just want to contine .

Day 29 - I may be writing too often , but doing this more for myself so I can look back , reflect. four weeks passed feels great.
