Day 18- There used to be a time not so long ago when I dreaded weekends as it was guaranteed relapse. Now, I don't fear weekends any more. This Saturday is going along very well.
Day 12 Stayed out of the house as much as I could. Trying to shift my focus from the challenge cos I think that makes it easier. Like the way "try not to think of a blue polar bear" makes you think of a blue polar bear, trying not to think of PMO makes me want it more. Doesn't feel like this is getting much easier, just more familiar.
Day 7 - Started my computer late at night just to keep up the habit of posting for this freaking challenge. It requires will to succeed.
Day 2/90! It's hard to start again after relapsing, but through this I had the chance to see and to know about more triggers in my every-day life.
