Did: Back squats 80kg 3x5, Deadlifts 120kg 2x5, Dips (weighted 10 kg) 3x4 ish, Chin ups (20kg) 2-3x5, overhead jerks with 2x28kg kettlebells for as long as I could. Got to get my strength back up. But at the same time I'm smashed. xD Keep on going brothers and sisters! Cheers! /Baldur
