Hold on... Don't let the demons trick you!

I guess the desire for sexual activity is something that is deeply ingrained in most humans which is why the desire is so strong. I understand that feeling because sometimes it's stronger than ever especially when you've gone so long without it.

However, it just shows you have keep your guard up whether or not you feel an urge. Sometimes there's a build up to it. Maybe there was a picture you saw...But you can do this you've come a long way!

Thank you @SweetTransformation for the understanding and support. Yes, sometimes it feels like I have 4 months of pent up sexual energy that's going to find a release whether I like it or not!
I need to channel that into something else . . .

How easily I can stumble in just this way, fooling myself with irrational ideas that as long as I don't orgasm, then porn, fantasy, edging, and any other arousal-generating behaviours are fair game. What a slippery slope that is! And what a terrible way to sell myself short.

I wish I knew! As an addict, I want to feel good all the time. Trying to change that. I try to do all the right things - eat well, get lots of sleep, (try to) reduce stress, yoga, meditation . . . and it's incredibly frustrating on days when I feel run down and broken.

I just ate a few pieces of chocolate and felt energy and optimism again . . . so I'm sure that says something.

I don't know what to say :/
Chocolate can make a person happy..
but I get what you're saying, you don't want to feel dependent on that. Maybe you could have days for when you can have some chocolate and use it as a reward system lol..

I haven't been able to quit porn or caffeine perfectly, but with years of effort, both have been drastically reduced! :)
This is my first attempt at getting chocolate under control . . . so yes, having it as a special treat might be an option and only having 6 squares today might count as step in the right direction! :D

Testosterone at 254 ng/Dl . . . BOOM!! Technically still low, but that's the highest it's ever been. :) Next test will be higher. I'm going to crush this.

Agreed. It's hard to see that number and not reflect on Day 1. So incredibly grateful to have made it this far!

Had a lot of caffeine and carbs to get through the day. Now I feel jittery. Almost feel like M and O would help me unwind . . . ugh. Going to try a shower and some herbal tea.
