I gave up on freinds in the academy as sometimes I spoiled my relations with them and sometimes I was not comfortable with them. That is why I need to be stronger. I need to learn to live with myself. The best way to do that is to become an intellectual nerd. I need to develop interest in Edx courses and Educational videos more.
I was not pursuing any goal. So, I was not able to motivate myself to improve myself. I gotnreally depressed as I again became addicted to unproductive lifestyle. I become a zombie in this lifestyle. I just keep watching YouTube, tv shows or sports while day. This continued for one week. From today , I will try to again become productive. I would get back to my schedule by 1st November.
I usually think about my peak and thats already helpful, managed to do 50 Abs today thanks to that imaging, I wouldnt have been able to without it.
