Reporting: Been a stressful time in a good way. I’m back in coaching Speed-Power athletes for Sprints and Hurdles for the first time in 8 years. They are defending League Champions and we’re 2nd at State in Cross Country. Their coach was NSCA certified and ran his training out their weight room during the day for 3 + years. Kids seem to miss him and are unsure of if the new guy can be trusted basically to be as good. I tend to like Urban and lose a lot of sleep and OCD over coaching. Last resorting to PMO was for a desperate attempt for sleep: several nights in a row now that I haven’t been able to sleep till 3am. Reporting the day. 7 km run in 41 minute, 16 minutes of meditation, 30 minutes of studying rebooting ,30 minutes of decluttering. I appreciate knowledge gained from my studies and experience.

I appreciate my willingness to change for the better like jumping into water to get wet, to dive into it wholly and without reserve. Sometimes it is the only way to get rid of the blood sucking parasites.

I've come to think that in order to improve productivity we need to plan our day in advance by creating a list of only few most important tasks for the day,the ones we are absolutely committed to carry out no matter what.
Yes Major. The list has created with priority. Reporting the day. Running. Pages read. Job training done. Not a good weather, but I'm motivated. Reflected letters from the past and thought about why I started it in the first place.
0 Pressured from 190 days, I relapsed because I felt more harm then in good in abstaining for the only purpose of increasing my numbers instead of improving my life. No porn, no binging. 20 minutes meditation anyway. Just starting again.
Reporting the incident. Around 0300 there're 2 birds around my barracks and making noise. I had to grab my "rifle" and 3 warning shots. They came back with a reinforcement but just flying around. No casualties on both sides. An awesome tool that designed to shoot straight. I hope they've learned their lesson and stop pooping around.
