last night I had been working till 0:30. not bad, but I should reset my day and try not working that late anymore. 0/30, go on.
14/30 (9pm) This shutting down of devices early starts to feel like a normal (and right) thing to do.
13/30 (22:25) Indeed. Almost every night before the deadline I have to wrap things up and leave them for tomorrow. Before this challenge, I could sit for hours and try to complete stuff (e.g. code, I'm a programmer) but leaving them for tomorrow is so much better. Either three hours of extra coding and a lousy day after, or go to bed on time and a healthy day follows. If anyone has a Mac and would like to have a kind reminder it's time to stop using it, tell me. I have made a script that gets the computer to sleep every minute after a certain time. Since I have to stop using my computer at 22:25, I have configured my computer to go to sleep every minute after 22:20. If I have to do wrap anything up before the deadline, it's just a matter of waking it.
