It's been a while, but I reached a few days ago the Ultra Instinct. It's been a long time since I last had urges, both for P or M. Still trying to go hard mode for a long period of time, but with the girlfriend around it's complicated.

Day O:
Last night at the end of day 23 I found myself circling the drain. Was feeling lonely and isolated. Began with dating apps and after expending my swipes n not getting any hits I started searching for ways to break through my internet filters. Finally remembered I had an old deactivated android device which I dug out and connected to Wi-Fi. Watched one video and fapped, flexed kegals at the end and didn’t release then slowly drifted into oblivion.
