No O has been an issue for me since I first started having sex IRL.. which was about 6 years after starting PMO as a teen. For many years I thought I just was built to enjoy P more than real women! Day 17 no M, Day 122 no P! This was my main problem before I started noFap - irregular erections, sometimes good sometimes not, and delayed ejaculation or no O at all. IT WILL HEAL I have been having sex with a girl since 2 months ago and finished every damn time )) I am on NoFap since the beginning of the year pretty much. All I can say is - you need more time - 10 days is good progress but far from enough and also you relapsed 3 days before you had sex, which essentially made those 10 days recovery even worse. Today is day 14. Lets goo 2 weeks in and i’m staying strong. For the past 2 weeks I have not watched any porn or nude/bikini pics of thots. First of all, 37 days, wow, congrats!! You may feel bad but you are doing great! One big issue with kicking a bad habit is what will you replace it with? When you cut out PMO, it creates a gap that you need to fill with something. So I recommend you make a list of things to do in stead of PMO and also other indulgent behaviors like mindless internet surfing. Healthy “replacement behaviors” that people engage in are for example going for a walk, other kinds of light exercise, interacting with friends (Skype for now I guess) meditate, read a book, read articles or watch videos about NoFap.. even writing this post was a good example! Bad examples would be (excessive) video games, internet surfing, Netflix, drinking alcohol, drugs etc. What can you think of that you can do right now to take your mind off the urges and feel a bit better?
Hey man, it's fucking hard, yes, but as long as you keep trying and keep finding ways to improve yourself, you're on the right track. I'm doing quite well. I have a new system where I write down every little single time that I think of looking at P or doing M and it helps a lot. I get to know my brain very well this way and writing it down takes away the desire to act on it. And I'm managing to stay away from my phone and mindless content quite well! Finding activities like making videos or art or talking to people is always a good idea. I myself am reading and listening to music a lot lately. We're works in progress but we get a little bit better everyday.
