    I already liked Mark Queppet a lot for his insights and I'm basically here because of him.. but this video is really up there with the most enlightening content that I have ever come across! Many thanks @bromor !!

    40/90, i think my longest streak so far has been 45 days, feeling good about this. Libido is non-existent at the time.

    One more day until 40! I am damn proud of myself!!

    Still struggling with caffeine, but I consider that to be a lesser issue than porn so I'm not getting to down about it. I still make it good streaks without caffeine.

    Still having very little sex drive. That's a bit depressing, but my partner and I are doing really well emotionally, so we've at least seen some positive motion there!

    Checking in on Day 5/90. Hope everyone had a successful and productive week!

    I’m feeling great. Noticed a change in energy levels today. Felt like I had great energy throughout a long 12 hour shift; even though breakfast was skipped.

    Also seems like I’m experiencing more positive emotions. Feels like my mental alertness / focus is improved with the ability to respond faster.

    I appreciate each of you. There’s something truly incredible happening on and through this forum!

    Maybe we could have a reboot summit or webinar where we come together for an hour or two and exchange stories of our successes, failures, discuss our experiences, and challenge each other to ‘level up’ and continue to grow.

    Freedom and a more resilient, wiser, healthier, happier you is on the other side of this 90 day reboot!

    Let’s make it to 90!

    Wow, way to go bro. Keep going my friend. All you gotta do is focus on is simply saying yes to what matters in each moment. Micro momentary wins equates to deep and lasting lifestyle change. Every small success makes a difference in the long run.

    Remember this is not a sprint, but a Marathon!

    Glad you’re seeing emotional improvements with your partner man. I believe the benefits and growth we see in one area of life, i.e. this challenge, will carry over into every other facet of your life.

    Stick with it! Great progress.

    Wow we really have a solid group here - lots of 30+ days.. awesome work dudes!! Yep, I'm on flatline too, but can feel my test is high.. I just did a 2 hour walk at the beach in the rain... I nearly fell in to the surf due to huge waves, I was drenched and this jogger chick was laughing so I was laughing and said you should join me.. she said maybe later but take my number lol

    Day 16/90. Still feeling good. Starting to realize I can't do everything I want to in a day, but rather I should focus on one or two things instead. Still need to do the basics: eat healthy, do something fun, do some exercise, and socialize. So far it's been working.
