Whats up NoFap Fam?! It's reallycoldicecream here. I just finished up taking my first cold shower and let me tell you I feel amazing. It was really difficult at first to mentally just get in and push yourself through it, but after you're in then your body starts to adapt. It definitely gives you a kick of norepinephrine (adrenaline) as well as endorphins. I feel like I am calm, awake, and focused (and happy as fuck I am not still in that cold shower lol).
