Doing good. I woke up at 5:30 a.m. today because I wanted to get a new sleep schedule. I’m trying to wake up when the sun rises and sleep when it sets. I heard that this sleep schedule is better for producing testosterone and it’s also more natural. Anyway because I woke up so early I’m tired and I’m having urges because of that. I’m not going to give in though.
I love that you mentioned this because this is something I've read a lot about. First of all, don't torture yourself, everyone's sleep patterns are different, but they fall into one of four categories. As long as you sleep in the optimal time for your own body, you'll reap the most benefits. I learned this from the book, The Power of When by Michael Breus.
