Hej Sagasing! I teach a mixture of Krav Maga Global, Urban Combatives, some MMA/BJJ/Judo and Phillipino Martial Arts. I currently weight 92 kg and am 1,90 m. What self defence classes are you doing? Today I went for a run for 1,5 hours early in the morning, during which I got lost in the woods TRAININGSPLAN Today in the evening: Yoga Thursday: M.A. Friday: Run ~ 15 km Saturday: Yoga Sunday: tummy Monday: legs and maybe arms Tuesday: BREAK + as often as possible : going out for a walk or exercising early in the morning

And I love it Today I looked at some porn pics and pmo'd. Afterwards I got angry with myself and went for another run: 1 hour.
