I started masturbating at the age of 15. At that time it gave me an immense pleasure for few seconds but i didn't expect this will become biggest threat in my life to reach my desired goal. From that time it slowly conquered me and when i got a smart phone (when i was 18 yo) PMO has reached its peak. I tried to remember P* websites and name of top p* stars and now i'm realizing i wasted plenty of time there. One day i try to realize "whether PMO adds benefit to my life?", so simple question. So i searched internet and was shocked because it says that constant masturbation will lead to lack of self confidence, communication with opposite gender, increased stress and pressure and lot more. I thought the above effects are common while we grow up. To my surprise I found that when we masturbate, a chemical will be released called Dopamine. This chemical when released, causes an imbalance in our neurochemical which leads to above mentioned effects. I understood that i was in the hands of evil, So i concluded that i should take serious steps to completely prevent PMO in my life. I started my first No PMO mode at the age 16 to a maximum of 2 months but it doesn't go well. On april'17 i again started my No PMO mode and i was on a streak of only 29 days. At last i searched for a website which motivates for No PMO mode and i am glad that i found NoFap website and saw reviews of NoFap benefit. When i joined here i saw more people which i didn't expect and i found PMO is a serious threat for all irrespective of gender and age. I hope that i will get a maximum streak in NoFap counter. I got better motivation to be on my track. Lets make a change and see a downward trend in PMO by using NoFap. STAY STRONG!

My initial step is that i stopped using my smartphone. so NO fb, whatsapp ,porn videos which triggers PMO. I felt that smartphones are the biggest threat to start PMO. Smartphone are getting smarter, NOT us. Further steps to be created for the combat.
Sorry for the late reply bro As social media takes most of the daily time available, so first i avoided using those apps and now it's easy for me to enter into monk mode. My tips is that avoid social media unless it is important for your work. If you want chat with your friends, just go and meet with them and have a great time but not through social media. Once you do that then automatically notice that there is some reduction your smartphone usage time. So uninstall unwanted apps and enjoy your time. STAY STRONG!
