I am taking up this 21 days challenge. Earlier i was in 90 days. For first time, achieved 12 days of no PMO. But after the first relapse, it again turned into habit of relapse after 4-5 days. So, decided to take this challenge. Day 0. STAY STRONG. Avoid every single thing which arouses you.
Day 20. Wheeew. Didn't think I would get this far so quickly! This is my longest streak ever. Oh man. All the best my friends
Gets harder as time goes but every graph has a peak... then from there the urges drop... i just have to master my urges. still strong though.
Create an urge from your mind to fight them.... remember how much you've struggled and givin in would just render all that sacrifice wasted.
19/21...getting to the goal...today was hard until I stood as far away as I could from my phone and computer. At that time, the stress calmed down and now moving towards day 20 with another tool in the tool belt.
God damn it... Day 30 in total, personal best, and now I slipped. So sad. Well, there is only one way to deal with this: accept it happen and get back in the saddle. 0/21
This happened to me 2 months ago, then it all went down and I couldn't do more than a week and this for 8 weeks... Be very careful with these moments, you can do this !
