Day4 out of 90 attending a conference out in charlotte this weekend, so i have pleenty of distractions and pmo isnt in the radar. Im thankful for staying distracted.
Starting up again. Need something to get me coming back here every day so I don't revert back to P when I get bored/stressed. Day 0/90, here we go.
Day 5 complete! Felt a ton of urges and felt angry and frustrated kind of cranky for no reason. Not sure if that had a relation with NoFap... Wonder if it’s a build up from NoFap.
Day 5/90 today was a good day, I arrived to my destination and no urges came to mundo, usually when I’m not home I don’t get any urges at all... Keep focused brothers! It’s all in our heads... Let’s go!!
