Daily Intention Thread : "Today, I am... + POSITIVE AFFIRMATION"

This is my first day, but today I will not PMO because I believe that it is what's causing my gyno and I feel the more I do it, the more I feel ashamed of myself. I can't even wear certain shirts in public... plus I want a relationship and this won't help. So I will not PMO because I want to be a sexually and physically healthier person.

 

Today i will not use porn because that was the thing i should have never done before. But it's better late than never.

Anyway, I used PMO to deal with emotions. Back at day 0. But today I will not PMO because after a relapse I have so little concentration that I am not sure that I will be able to PMO.
