keep sharping the attitude bro, keep engaging in nofap, as it become clearer for you that any day spent with PMO resignation is a day lost. soon any relapse you have is quikly followed by nofap engagement. no more time waste. now here´s a question to spice things up: isn´t it obvious brother? can you keep porn in your life?
it´s normal, the first days/weeks of nofap are the worst cause withdrawal will hit hard. but keep going, it´s better to go through deep hell than to stay in hell forever. let´s go my friend, keep posting.
it´s normal bro, arousal can lead to many sexual thoughts, nothing wrong with that. just let thoughs pass through you, don´t engage in them or the urges will grow bigger. also keep busy, keep passionate, fill you time my friend. you can do it.
they can, you know why? cause they don´t abstain from porn 90 days in a sweep. nop, they take their time, one day, one hour, one minute at a time.... just having the attitude that porn is not an option and engaging in something else. that´s how reboot is done . and if they can do it, you can do it. go bro
10/90 today I had a though day. My head was ached a lot and I was so close to relapse just from boredom. But I know its just temporary.
here´s some pointers to a good and safe reboot: - physical exercise/sports regularly - meditation - eat lot´s of vegetables, fruits and whole grains - avoid sugar, fries and processed food, as this steals your energy. -never get drunk -never peak or engage in any sexual stimulation. install porn blockers and erase any porn material that you have. try to stay in public or with somebody in the house especially in the first weeks. - motivate yourself to the reboot, several times per day and especially when urges creep in. - stay hidratated and well-fed - drink a relaxing tea at night or take some sleeping pills to help balance your sleep - engage in exciting ativities daily, work in your dreams, to boost your dopamine levels (as they will take a deep dive now that PMO is over) - if you feel really low several weeks in a row consider talking to your doctor to maybe prescribe antidepressives, as they will help balance your mood. - with every relapse, try to learn something. the key to sucess is insistence, not speed. go bro, best of luck.
good reflection. try to learn where you stumble. what drive you to watch porn? reflect on that and see what you can do different next time. you can do it bro, don´t give up, never give up!!!! let´s go
why expect wet dreams? the reboot is different to everybody, just keep going bro, don´t worry. glad you didn´t look at those pictures. be honest bro, what do you think would happen if you look at them? do you really think you would stop? you can close the browser but can you close your mind?
14!!! 1002 pages of posts, i´ll be damned . you guys are amazing, keep supporting each other. one for all.
Thank you my brother....I have convinced the brain that I am only committing for 24 hours...at the end of the 24 hours I can either recommit or not...this seems to work for me because 90 days can be a huge challenge...lol. Yes, my spiritual practice is helping me a great deal in seeing the impermanence, equanimity and sacredness of all states of mind, regardless of duality...treating myself without judgement..and with self love. Thanks for the encouragement my brother.
I am glad to see that this is the first time in many months i do not PMO before my period, ths was always an issue i tried to stop, i just had a "dream" but that was all and it feels so nice i did not do it this time, one day at a time, Thank God i found this place it has helped me a lot
