Date started: Jan 25, 2019 Day 174/179 no PM (relapsed day 51, 70, 102, 150, 162) Day 77/90 meeting my goals in challenge Day 179 no alcohol or caffeine Day 48 of weight training - feeling 100% committed to this process but am smart enough to know that being over confident is detrimental to my success - blood test on Thursday to check my PSA levels, nofap, no alcohol and no caffeine have helped my BPH symptoms remarkably so far - I think abstinence from PMO maybe also helping shrink my prostate as I slept through the night last night without needing to pee once - I have been sleeping better in general the longer I avoid PMO as my dopamine levels must be settling down - nofap is starting to pay off with huge health dividends as long as I stay clean so it's worth the agony of withdrawal from porn - keep going friends! You can do it!
18/90 last night I met a girl and it was so close to having a sx with her, I managed to control myself but today she texts me that she doesn't want to continue. I don't know After finishing 90 days I would be a different man or I would regret. I wish we had a consular (adviser) here.
Day 5. Got my lab results back. My thyroid is fine and dandy. Good deal. Got some other good news. My cholesterol levels and liver function have returned to normal. Some other minor health issues are looking better. Looking after my gut health is paying off already and I have only been on it for a couple months. Physical health is everything in trying to overcome this addiction. We need good physical health to have good mental health. Good mental health is helping me. I am more motivated to do things that are good for me. I have energy and feel like going things. It's awesome. Getting close to a week. Not allowing myself to get excited and believe I have this thing kicked. As soon as I do that I start spiraling into a fall. Day by day.
