Another day in the books and I’m really seeing changes. I’m putting on muscle. My brother came over today. He hasn’t seen me in awhile. He said it looks like I’m getting younger. I’m adding semen retention to my goals. My energy and confidence is steadily growing. I’m in such a great place and it’s only day 21 . Thank you NoFap.

Day 15: Thank God this was an easy day. A nice break from the past few hard ones. I am starting to feel a bit more normal and have noticed a bit of a shift in the way I am thinking and viewing the world. Here's to more days like this. Onwards and upwards and restored.

Hi guys. Checking in, day 13/90

I feel a new sensation: I don't feel a battle against PMO now, I honestly don't want to do it anymore because I feel the positive effects. This morning I masturbated (I'm doing 90 days of no P) for a long time without P, and I fantasized about the girl I'm currently involved with. Just for a bit, then I stopped, took a shower (ending in a cold shower) and got on with my day. This feels like natural masturbation behavior to me, which I haven't experienced in ages.

Good thing to remember: This feeling will also pass, and there will be a moment, be it tomorrow, next week or next month, when it will be harder and there will be major urges again. We humans like to cling to things, the negative and the positive. Whenever I feel an urge I should face it head on and accept it for what it is, and sail right through it with a clear and present mind.

I hope the best for all of you. I spoke with a friend of mine who has kicked his alcohol and drugs habit about three years ago. He needed a clinic to achieve this. He said that kicking his addiction was the greatest gift he could have ever given himself. He is again the curious creative and loving person he originally was. This really struck a chord with me. Let's love ourselves (by loving anything in life really, be it another person or a thing you do) enough so we can also receive this gift.
