Day 77. Noticing another positive change in my mindset. I'm thinking about females in a more healthy, romantic way again, not just as physical objects of lust which I'm sure was from my porn abuse. For those of you just starting out abstaining from PMO, be patient. Let your body and mind heal in their own way, on their own schedule. Just do the nofap challenge, day by day, and have faith that you will feel positive improvements in time.
Day 13!!! Had a dream about relapsing to porn ... really weird ... was glad when I woke up that it was just a dream.
