Day 60/90..... Two months completed , now feeling more energetic and have no worries , living my life at fullest and focussing on my goals . Guys I want to say you that I was the person who was addicted to these kinds of shits and was ruining my life just for instant pleasure but I decided to change this........So if I can do it and reaching my goal so I can say that everyone also can do it... Just want to say that initial period will be tough but after some time it will be lot more easier so be dedicated to initial 3- 4 weeks ...... At last I want to say that everyone should try Nofap at least once so that they can actually feel the results from themselves not by other people story... Thank you
