relapse...again reset to zero...kind of tired with this counter being repeatedly resetting to zero for last several years don't know when I will overcome this addiction...
@rishu.s maybe you need to come up with a plan to counter the times when you are most likely to slip up. remember that the urges and cravings come and go. nothing is permanent. identify your triggers and create an environment conducive to your recovery. maybe the below parable will help you gain better understanding of what is going on within you. --- An old Cherokee is teaching his grandson about life: “A fight is going on inside me,” he said to the boy. “It is a terrible fight and it is between two wolves. One is evil–he is anger, envy, sorrow, regret, greed, arrogance, self-pity, guilt, resentment, inferiority, lies, false pride, superiority, and ego.” He continued, “The other is good – he is joy, peace, love, hope, serenity, humility, kindness, benevolence, empathy, generosity, truth, compassion, and faith. Hey guys, I slipped after 105 days. It's ok though - I feel pretty good about things in general and I'm motivated to get right back in the groove. So I'm re-upping for another 90 days. Let's do this!
