Did you try exercise, it will give you the same benefits as sleeping tablets but non of the side effects , EXERCISE IS THE KEY TO SLEEPING WELL

Insomnia can be one of the withdrawal effects. Many guys are reporting it even after weeks in a reboot. I also had insomnia a few weeks at the beginning of my current streak. Nothing is forever, not even that insomnia. It will pass. Try meditation to relax, and maybe go for a workout or run before sleep. If you get tired, you will sleep better. Also, avoid using TV, or phone 2 hours before sleep. This is the thinks that can help. Good luck!
