  1. Day 2/30 No PM (for June, July then August)
Day 495 at attempting this challenge
    Day 175 weight training (M, W, F)
Lifestyle: No caffeine or alcohol and reduced desserts

Feeling great about my fresh start at this new streak with the one month at a time approach. Hope it works and I stay strong by also looking at it one day at a time. Weird how I am not feeling and guilt or remorse when I was half way through this last attempt before falling off the horse. Maybe my brain is healing and more resilient now. Who knows but I like it.

    Enjoy your day, brothers.

    Day 33!

Just back after a weekend trip with the family. This is the longest streak I had since I was 14 years old.

    Everyone stay strong!

Day 27/90. Still getting used to my new routine. I feel like I'm doing well with my no PMO life, but my actual lifestyle I'm still hungry for a lot more. I've set a few more goals so I think even today I can get some things done, but I'm hopeful that (after a weird day tomorrow) Friday I'll be able to get a lot done of the things I've been really wanting to do!

11 days done no pmo. Close call: Scrolling on YouTube there was an interview with some woman, I didn’t recognize her, but by the name and how she was dressed I’m pretty sure it was a porn actress. I did an audio search for her name on my phone, out of “curiosity” my mind told me. But it didn’t come up thank goodness! Didn’t see anything, didn’t view anything, but started to feel that tense, sinking, excited feeling, that horrible momentum of inclining towards erotic stuff and eventually porn. The addict mind starts to take over and rationalize, “It’s not porn,” It’s just an interview. Yeah, right! It was hard, but decided to come on here, get in the daily post, take a rest, and then meditate before work tonight. This addict mind is so tricky. Not gonna fall for it today. Let’s get one more day. No porn, no racy stuff on social media, let’s keep it clean just for today. Good luck everyone :)

  9. Day 2/90
    Total clean days - 11
    Total relapsed - 2

I know what I go through when I relapse. I need to keep that feeling in me so I think before doing a relapse. I have relapsed 1000 times and I will not do it again.

FALL DOWN SEVEN TIMES, STAND UP EIGHT.

    Day 17/90

Keep going friend! You made it another day. Doesn’t seem like much. That’s ok though. Each day complete, is movement, albeit seemingly small, in a positive direction. You’re creating a new lifestyle, forging a new identity one successful day at a time. Every moment is an opportunity to win and gain more ground on your dreams!

Remember, 1 dollar is made up of 100 pennies. 100 dollars is the summation of 100 one dollar bills.

Friends I want you to believe that life is made up of a continuous sequence of present moments. There’s no pause button. There’s no such thing as adding more time than the 24 hours you’re freely given each day. And one day the timer of your life will end!

Don’t forget to celebrate your progress. I don’t do this nearly enough. Take 1-2 minutes at the end of the day to reflect on what you did well and celebrate those small victories.

Your brain, mindset, relationships, finances, health, wealth, freedom, and life itself is changing one day, one choice, one moment at a time!

    To Your Success,
    Lamboskovich

Checking in on another day of pmo. It's almost ( or maybe it is) impossible for me to look at any woman who could be considered even the smallest, tiniest bit attractive and not think about sex to some degree even if it's just a passing thought . Maybe that's normal or maybe it's a sign of how unhealthy my relationship with sex is. Either way it's something I'm aware of. In time I'm sure more will be revealed. No pmo today. One day at a time.

Good post. I try to always keep in mind the preciousness of time and that my life will end all to soon. It's a good thing to be aware of. Thanks
