Hang in there my friend! These next few days will likely be tough, but you can get through them. I find it helpful to take it one day at a time, and to sometimes take it one urge at a time, just get through this urge. Then the next urge. And the next one. I’ve also found it helpful to change how I think about porn. I find it best when I see it as a hurtful, painful thing. But it’s so tricky to keep that going! Such a tricky addiction because we need to deal with our sexual energy basically as long as we’re alive. Anyway, all the best to you. You can do this.
Day 29/90. Tonight was horrible. My GF comes naked out from bathroom and I got horny and started touching, but I could somehow manage it, but I feel a little backache, nothing comes out, also I did not do anything, I shouldn't do that. I will not to do anything next time.

Day 82 Did a workout yesterday and then some yoga, wich is basically my form of meditation. There have been a lot of relapses lately but I think you all shouldn't put too much pressure on yourself. It's never about the result but the progress. Every day without PMO is an improvement, you just haven't found your way to not fall back to old behavior. Try again, analyze your motivation, get a sleeping routine. I like to regard nopmo as a workout plan, just do it even when you feel like shit.
