Had some disturbing sexual dreams the last couple of nights but it hasn’t been affecting my day to day routine, no urges so far... moving on

Day 4 done. exercise meditation coding efficiently done. feeling in control. hope to reach day 90

 

Day 7 almost completed. I had lost count so I had to look it up (a good thing).
Had some small urges, but remembered - I can't let you guys down, right

No real rough edges today. Feelings surprisingly stable and solid this time around. It is all good when it comes to any potential urges: looking to find new and better friends to aquaintan myslef with
