Day 4/90 today. Feeling a bit stressed out from a ton of work today, but I’ve gotten it pretty much all done! Just need to stay disciplined and get work done! That’s one area I’m trying and hopefully starting to get better at! Looking forward to the weekend!
day 12 ,, just working hard to achieve my target ,, just giving time to things so that they can normalize ,, so yeah no excuses this time ,, really close to 14 day and this time my moto is to make this month clean , so i will not stop before it ^_^

Day 18/90 So far so good. Just need to be sleeping better and working out more consistently. I definitely see why that sort of thing helps in this endeavor.
