Rules- 1. Watching porn even for a second count as a relapse.

3. You have to meditate twice a day but one in afternoon and one before sleeping.
4. Removing the pornblocker or trying to do it count as a relapse.


I just relapsed I was in serious chaser effect I was unable to get off from it. So it happen after I did some edging. So no more edging. I am proud to go 11 days without porn.

Thanks for asking. On most days I feel great and P doesn’t enter my mind. But occasionally I have strong urges, and for me it is still a learning process how to handle those urges without resorting to PMO. I recently went through a tough stretch, but I was able to renew my motivation and got over it. I am committed to nofap long term, but first I need to prove to myself that I can pass this 90 day challenge.
