Day 0 Getting distracted with these dating apps and whatnot ... Have to be honest with myself so I reset again ...
I take comfort in the fact that some of the guys with counters in the 100's or higher went through similar cycles when they started out, of relapsing and then trying again many times. For some of us it's just part of the process - the important thing is to keep coming back and working on it, and learning to be patient with yourself. The seven days you completed were not wasted - every day of abstinence helps to clean the addiction from your mind and forms the foundation for longer streaks and breaking this addiction. You've taken on this difficult work and you can be proud of that. For myself, I also found it helpful to complete some of the shorter challenges first before coming back to this 90 day one. 90 days can seem like a long, long time at times and a closer goal can be more motivating. You can do it!!
I made a mistake yesterday. I was in denial about looking at p-subs and M and I have reset my counter accordingly.
This is day 49 of not doing PM. This is day 5 of not looking at any P-subs. I joined this forum 379 days ago. Of those 379 days, I spend 338 days without doing PMO.
Day 1. Taking this one day at a time. I'm going to be trying to avoid media as much as possible from now on.
Day 25 - Had some slightly stronger urges today, my mind was subtly creeping towards those thoughts. I stayed aware but did not interact. Overall, productivity was high and the day was good.
